After growing frustration over the ever less likely transfer of Romain Amalfitano this summer, Olympiakos are turning their eyes to other attacking midfield targets. It is believed that they would seek to loan Newcastle’s Sylvain Marveaux for the season and would want an option to buy at the end of his time with the Greek side.
No negotiations have begun, but he is certainly a target being considered.
